Finished for 4 months in new American oak casks toasted with volcanic rock from Skye, there are malty aromas, salty sea air, dried peach and mango, honey, citrus zest, flowers, vanilla, banana chip, and gentle smoke. Creamy, salty, and citrusy on the palate, with chile flakes adding fire, then vanilla, cookie dough, chocolate chip, seasoned oak, green olive, and a slightly waxy finish with chile, menthol, and dry oak.
