A 5 year old New York single malt aged in bourbon barrels and French oak pinot noir casks. The nose offers dried stone fruits, fresh peach and apricot, and applesauce, joined by sweet chocolate and fudge. It has a light palate of chocolate, caramel, cherry, peach, marzipan, and orange. The chocolate carries over to the finish, joined by honey-roasted nuts and vanilla.
