This very pale dram drawn from a single hogshead has an opening intensity of five spice aromas, with sliced apple, lemon zest, flaked coconut, peach, and vanilla frosting on the nose. It’s ripe with American oak flavor and a sweet, sugary palate of vanilla fudge, honey, baked lemon, marshmallow, and clove. It’s perfectly approachable without dilution, leaving a lingering finish of zesty lemon, sweet vanilla, and cocoa. (258 bottles)
