Melon, mango, golden syrup, dried apple, fresh-baked cookies, and nectarine on the nose, with honey, vanilla, banana candy, cumin, fennel seed, and cinnamon notes. The rum cask has imbued this blend with a rich sticky sweetness of grilled pineapple, chocolate, cinnamon, treacle, leather, and licorice, leading to a superb ending of stewed apples and plums, sweetened chocolate, and lingering dark rum notes.
