This peat-smoked blend of single malt and grain whiskeys has a nose of smoked fish, burning oak chips, vanilla, toasted coconut, and plenty of grain notes. A light-textured whiskey with flavors of honey, vanilla, honeydew, and lemon; it’s definitely on the sweet side, with additional flavors of orange peel, cinnamon, and gentle woodsmoke. The smooth finish serves vanilla, smoked almonds, peppery spice, and lasting peat smoke.
