The nose is dry, with scents of cherry liqueur, madeira, menthol, clove, York Peppermint Pattie, herbal notes, rich fruitcake, and polished wood. A glossy palate of russet apples, malt, baked orange, cherry, creamy milk pudding, black currant cassis, cloves, raisins, prunes, and vanilla pod. Gracious and stately. (235 bottles)
