Crème patisserie, cinnamon powder, and blueberry maple syrup fire up the nose, but the real strength of the tempered amburana comes through on the palate, where simple syrup and cinnamon sugar meld with fresh red fruit, cherry cola, whipped cream, and vanilla soft serve.
