An aromatic nose of baked peaches, confec- tionery sugar, baking spice, cinnamon bread, and oak. The palate has soft apricot and peach flavors, balanced by pepper spice, oak, and a hint of aged tobacco leaf. A long finish serves up brown sugar, muted fruit, nicely integrated oak, and dark chocolate. It’s a bit light bodied and some may find it too fruity, but this is a well-made, very drinkable whiskey.
