A 4 year old from Tennessee with a mashbill of 80% corn, 10% rye, and 10% malted barley kicks off with a nose reminiscent of a holiday party—pine cones, Christmas spice, and ground cinnamon—plus vanilla wafers and black-and-white cookies; over time, cherries and pear slices emerge.
