Three Chord RIOT Double Bonded Bottled in Bond Blend, 50%

A blend of two bonded ryes from MGP and Bardstown, aged from 4–7 years. It’s fairly sweet on the nose, with cinnamon sugar, Cinnabon rolls, coffee cake, and brownies. Spiced chocolate, ground cinnamon, powdered sugar doughnuts, nutmeg, and other baking spices form a well-structured palate with a pleasant oily texture. Those spices return on the finish, a bit sharper than before, now joined by vanilla.
