Distilled at Great Northern Distillery, this is now aged up to 7 years in bourbon and oloroso sherry casks. Attractive aromas of vanilla, chamomile tea, green herbs, almond paste, citrus peel, and green wood. Pear, dried mango, black pepper, and nutmeg mellow into custard cream, steeped grain, condensed milk, and fruit syrup flavors. Easygoing, with generous sherry fruitiness lingering on the finish.
