High-strength alcohol carried on a cloud of spices, this has aromas of green apple, royal icing, and rosehips. Powerful pepper and clove dominate the stewed apple and dried apricot flavors, making this quite the palate punisher: too strong for enjoyment neat. Be bold and use a 50:50 dilution to unearth flavors of fig, vanilla, toffee, caramelized apple, pastry, biscuit, soft stone fruit, and cooling mint. (276 bottles)
