There's a bright and fruity whisky underneath all the alcohol, so give this 10 minutes to open up. Dried mango strips, passion fruit, quince jelly, long pepper, dried fruit, and spices are revealed with time. Redolent of the dark sweetness of honey and dried fruits, the taste buds quickly take a hammering from the rampant spices at full throttle. With water, there's baked orange, lime marmalade, and a spicy finish. (252 bottles)
