Two Stacks Triple Sherry Cask Finish, 43%

Initially matured in bourbon barrels, then parceled and individually finished in oloroso, amontillado, and PX sherry casks, this has a gorgeous nose of orange fondant, apple, feisty pot still spices, and blackberry. It’s fat and oily in the mouth, with melted honey, caramelized apple, pepper, clove, toffee, vanilla, pie crust, and black cherry. The finish is long and spicy, with toasted oak. A superb example of what single pot still can offer.
