Are you ready for this? A blend of Japanese malt and imported grain whiskies cut with filtered desalinated seawater and finished in Japanese pine barrels. The nose summons rock pools, seaweed, iodine, and pine freshness, with toasted cereal, golden syrup, black pepper, and chile flakes. A light-bodied whisky, with shortbread, honey granola, salted caramel, and red apple peels, with salty spices and more herbal grain notes in the finish.
