Balanced sweetness and a light nuttiness on the nose, with chocolate babka, cinnamon sprinkled hot cocoa, and hints of raspberry tart. The palate is remarkably full and rich, revealing flavors of vanilla ice cream with sprinkles, manuka honey, melon, and milk chocolate. The finish is sweet, with good length; well-balanced and loaded with vanilla at the end. An excellent dram, with subtle spice and great integration of flavors.
