Grapefruit peel, Bramley apple, grist, candied lemon, and sour candies on the nose. A balance of sweetness, citrus, and spice makes for an easy-drinking dram with flavors of clementine, vanilla, barley sugar, ground pepper, clove, and ground ginger.
