Virginia Distillery Co. Cider Cask Finished, 46.5%

Beautifully fruity on the nose— apples are the most fragrant, but stone fruit, strawberry smoothie, and raisins eventually crowd in— joined by a delightful hit of cinnamon spice. On the palate, more of that cinnamon follows, and it’s accented wonderfully by Golden Grahams, cereal milk, brown sugar oatmeal, caramelized sugar, and a zip of sliced green apple. The finish has great depth and brings out a delicious apple Danish note.
