Ashy embers over vanilla creaminess on the nose, with a grassy turf note, ripe banana, fresh mint, and a hint of kipper. The peat leads, but the sweetness is well-balanced, making this very approachable. Honey and vanilla sweetness, with candied citrus, creamy caramel, pepper, aniseed, chocolate fudge, and more peat smoke, with dried fruits and spicy praline on the finish.
