Sweet fudge and white sugar lumps accompany flavors of mandarin, lemon and lime zest, and a few grain notes. It’s bursting with clove, pepper, cinnamon, ginger, stewed apple, toasted oak, hard orange candies, and a finish of tumbling spices. Tasty and moreish. (650 bottles)
