Waterford Biodynamic Cuvée Luna, 50%

Before it closed, Waterford released this combination of three biodynamic single farm origin whiskeys aged just over 5 years. This has an alliaceous nose of lemongrass, ginger root, chive, lime zest, fruit teas, Granny Smith apples, jalapeño peppers, and pickle juice. It’s an easy drinking, signature Waterford pour with pear, white grape, lemon peel, and light cream poured over fruit salad, rounding out with grapefruit juice in a creamy, mouth-coating finish.
