Waterford Cuvée: Argot, 47%

A permanent expression combining multiple parcels of Waterford single farm origin stocks, this has plenty of spicy complexity, but pulls in a lot of directions and feels a little disjointed. Earthy spices, salted almonds, shredded orange peel, sourdough bread crust, pear, and herbs on the nose, with more roasted spice on the palate, adding malt, clove, burnt sugar, cacao, coffee, vanilla, and a hint of smoke.
