Light fruits, zested orange, and spices on the nose, it’s a pretty whiskey with summer florals, white grape, peach, red apple, fresh-cut grass, and white pepper. Nicely weighted on the palate, with soft fruits, vanilla toffee, allspice, nutmeg, cherry cough drops, dried berries, and aniseed, softening to strawberry, barley sugars, and Waterford’s signature fruit-salad note. Mouth-coating fruitiness on the finish, with an abundance of spice.
