Wemyss Malts Peat Chimney, 46%

For each batch, Wemyss’s signature peated Islay malt is married with a supporting cast of base malts for 8 weeks. Lightly floral on the nose, with vanilla, citrus, peppery spice, coastal notes, and beach barbecue smoke. This has plenty of body and makes for a good fireside sipper, with flavors of citrus, vanilla, peat smoke, and light toffee, with a slight salinity, finishing with pepper, clove, and chocolate.
