Notably dark amber color and a nose loaded with fragrant dark fruit and some hints of orange, but primarily plum tart, baked blackberry cobbler, blueberry pie, and raisin bread, plus the vanilla sweetness of French toast. Rich, full, and deep on the palate, with lots of blueberry and a velvety texture. Very well-structured and flavorful overall and the finish is a tour de force, with explosive spice that stays within its fruit-filled profile. No. 20 in our Top 20 of 2024.
