Cinnamon Red Hots, peanut shells, almonds, burnt sugar, pencil shavings, and fresh ears of corn on the nose. There's more cinnamon on the palate, as well as milk chocolate, Goobers, orange oil, a pretty floral character, and plenty of chewy oak; a few drops of water straighten up the balance. The finish is all about the oak and cinnamon, warming and sweet. (2,100 bottles)
