Candied nuts and brown sugar cookies kick off the nose of this sweet bourbon. With time, vanilla ice cream, marshmallow fluff, and overripe bananas rise from the glass. The palate is similarly sweet, though there’s plenty of depth: The overripe bananas turn to bananas Foster and the sweet vanilla notes evolve to crème brûlée. Its sweetness is tempered by oak and dried cinnamon. The finish is all sweetened espresso with a dollop of whipped cream.
