Wolfcraig 14 year old Triple Sherry Cask Finish, 46.1%

Finished for 3 years in amontillado, Pedro Ximénez, and muscatel casks, the nose brings dried figs, vine fruit, chocolate, new leather, nutmeg, and hazelnut cream. Richard Paterson and Ian Macmillan’s blend has a 50% malt content. The palate is silken and supple with warm citrus, golden syrup, walnut, cherry, apple, and sultana, lifted by herbal tones and ginger warmth. Dark chocolate deepens toward a mouth-coating finish of spice and herbs.
