Woodford Reserve Double Double Oaked Heavy Toasted New Oak Barrel Finished (2025 Release), 45.2%

A Woodford bourbon aged for 2 years beyond the normal 6-7, the final 2 in heavily toasted, lightly charred barrels to create a dark, spicy, “deep cut” profile. Fresh and aromatic, with cinnamon spice, sweet oak, and sweet corn on the nose. Bold flavors on the palate though lightly structured, with sweet coffee, caramel, and pepper spice. Dark flavors on the finish of espresso, chocolate, caramel, burnt marshmallow, and oak. (Release date: 01/25).
