Now carrying a 6 year old age statement, Woodinville’s flagship bourbon has aromas of vanilla extract, chocolate-covered cherries, and a rustic woodiness reminiscent of an extin- guished campfire. The palate is fruitier, with orange and peaches blending well with black tea and cinnamon candies. The woodiness of the nose is more subdued on the palate, giving the sip backbone and a little bite. The finish is earthier, with charred oak, unsweetened cocoa, and espresso fading slowly.
