World Whiskey Society Wyatt Earp Small Batch, 48%

From Georgia-based independent bottler World Whisky Society, which started up in 2020. An unusually sweet nose offers fruit cup, hibiscus tea, sweet citrus, candy, cherry cough drops, and a note of shortcake. The palate is rich, with strawberry jam, candied orange, chocolate sundae syrup and marshmallows. The finish concludes with flavors of cinnamon stick, chocolate, Mallomars, tiramisu, and more strawberry. This one is flavorful, but its overt sweetness won’t be for everyone.
