The mizunara aromas are bright and creamy compared to the 25 year old, with sandalwood, drifting incense, cinnamon, leather, and a range of fruity notes: dried cherry, cranberry, and blueberry. Multiple flavor phases alternate between creamy vanilla custard and candied citrus on the palate, then cinnamon, nutmeg, ground pepper, and incense, before fruit notes of red cherry and goji berry emerge, leaving a satisfying finish of cherry and creamy latte.
