All 183 Buffalo Trace Single Oak bottles appear on the “ritz list,” priced from $100 to $800 per dram. On the other end of the spectrum, there are six house whiskies on tap and seven Mule variations, so you can take your ginger beer with bourbon, Irish, or scotch. Bottles are available for purchase, but there's a wait list for one of the 40 lockers.
