Mint Julep Lemonade [Cocktail Recipe]

Combine two favorite summer beverages in this cocktail from Doc Crow's Southern Smokehouse and Raw Bar in Louisville, Kentucky.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 ½ oz. Henry McKenna Single Barrel bourbon
• 1 ½ oz. simple syrup
• 1 ½ oz. lemon juice
• 1 ½ oz. water
• Mint leaves, plus more for garnish

DIRECTIONS

Rub mint leaves around the inside of a Collins glass and discard. Add the bourbon, simple syrup, lemon juice, and water to a shaker tin with ice, then shake vigorously. Strain into the Collins glass and garnish with slapped mint.
