Appendix A: California Metrics Disclosure

Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), M. Shanken Communications will publish annual metrics regarding consumer privacy requests received during the prior calendar year, including the number of requests to know, delete, and opt out received, complied with (in whole or in part), and denied, as well as the median response time.
