Blended for American independent bottler The Perfect Fifth, with an equal malt-to-grain ratio by whisky writer Jim Murray, the glass exudes notes of apple, Red Vines, brown sugar cookies, and a firm line of heathery smoke. A sweet, thick mouthfeel with delicious candy shop flavors of tangy citrus, sherbet, strawberry, sweet spices, honey, and caramel, with more smoke to the fore in the finish, plus dried fruits and dark chocolate.
