Gentle vanilla, pencil shavings, nectarine, cracked black pepper, dried grasses, honeycomb, and a hint of singed oak on the nose. This is a delicate blend from The Perfect Fifth, but not muted or lacking complexity. Honeydew, lemon, honey, and a gentle pepperiness on the palate, adding vanilla, pear, and star fruit flavors, though it rounds off with some bitter oak astringency and burnt hazelnut notes.
