Calling All Sabrina Carpenter and Johnnie Walker Fans
The Grammy-winning artist and the blended scotch continue their collaboration

In the latest phase of Grammy award-winning singer, songwriter, and actress Sabrina Carpenter’s partnership with Johnnie Walker, this video, where Carpenter is in good company with a golden retriever, a tumbler of Johnnie Walker, and a trio of cocktails, has been released. The recipes were inspired by Carpenter’s sixth album, “Short n’ Sweet,” released in 2024, which includes hits like Espresso and Please Please Please.

GO GO HIGHBALL
- 1 oz. Johnnie Walker Black Label
- 3 oz. Schweppes (or other ginger ale)
- 1 oz. Sour cherry juice
- 2 black cherries
Build ingredients, adding sour cherry juice last, in a chilled Highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with two black cherries.

SHORT N’ SOUR
- 2 oz. Johnnie Walker Black Label
- 1 oz. Strawberry & Rose syrup (recipe below)
- ¾ oz. aquafaba
- ¾ oz. lemon juice
- ¼ tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 3 drops saline solution (1:4)
- Black pepper and purple basil leaf for garnish
Add all ingredients to a shaker with one ice cube, seal, and shake hard to whip the cocktail. Fill with ice and shake. Strain into ice-filled double rocks glass.
Strawberry & Rose Syrup
- 8 oz. fresh strawberries, finely sliced
- 8 oz. white sugar
- ⅓ oz. rose water
Combine strawberries and sugar, stir thoroughly to combine and coat fruit. Store in sealed container in refrigerator overnight. Strain through a fine mesh strainer. Transfer strained syrup back into the original container, mix in any remaining sugar that was left in the container, then strain again. Add rose water to strawberry syrup and stir.

MAN(HATTAN’S) BEST FRIEND
- 11/2 oz. Johnnie Walker Black Label
- ¾ oz. Antica Formula sweet vermouth
- 1 tsp. Amaro Montenegro
- 1 tsp. espresso
- ½ tsp. simple syrup (1:1)
- Orange disk and chocolate-covered coffee bean for garnish
Place chocolate-covered coffee bean on a metal pick (instructions below) and set aside. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Fill with ice, then stir to chill and dilute the drink. Strain cocktail into a frozen coupe.
Skewered Orange Peel Disk & Chocolate Coffee Bean
- Orange peel
- Chocolate-covered coffee bean
Warm the ball end of a metal cocktail pick by steeping in hot water or with a flame. While hot, lightly press a chocolate-covered coffee bean onto the pick, so the bean sits lengthwise along the pick. Refrigerate for 2-5 minutes to allow chocolate to reset. Cut disk from orange peel, then express the orange disk over the finished drink. Skewer one side of the orange disk and then the other, with the pick running along the back side of the peel then place it in the drink.
